As you would guess this all came about due to a boss that would throw temper tantrums, belittle you in front of others, had a huge ego, and would cut pay plans when he felt you either made too much money or you didn’t deserve the pay among other issues. So many of us wanted to send an email but had a fear of it being tracked back and we’d always get carried away with our emotions when writing an email regarding behavior.
Hopefully this will give others, like myself, an outlet to send their boss an evaluation without the fear of it being tracked back. Please pass this along to your friends in need.
